Directions: Located on Hopwood Rd. between Route 26 and Route 113. in Upper Providence Township Montgomery County



From Northeast Philadelphia:  Take the PA Turnpike (Route 276) to the Valley Forge exit (#24) at King of Prussia.  Take 422 West.  Follow 422 to the Collegeville/Phoenixville exit.  Turn right onto Route 29.  Proceed 1 mile to Hopwood Road.  Turn left onto Hopwood Road.  The entrance to the Estates at Faraway Farm will be 2 miles down on your right.
 
From Center City Philadelphia:  Take Route 76 Exit 76 at Route 202.  Follow 202 South/422 West signs. Take 422 West.  Follow 422 to the Collegeville/Phoenixville exit.  Turn right onto Route 29.  Proceed 1 mile to Hopwood Road.  Turn left onto Hopwood Road.  The entrance to the Estates at Faraway Farm will be 2 miles down on your right.
  
From New Jersey:  Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania turnpike, Route 276).  Follow PA Turnpike to exit (#24) at King of Prussia.  Take 422 West.  Follow 422 to the Collegeville/Phoenixville exit.  Turn right onto Route 29.  Proceed 1 mile to Hopwood Road.  Turn left onto Hopwood Road.  The entrance to the Estates at Faraway Farm will be 2 miles down on your right.
